Within the pendulous power of circumstance, I found a life imploded. A few years ago I found myself bound to a bed and the doctors who had a way forward. I imagine we can all scoff at that sentence. I stuck a proverbial stick of dynamite into who I was, and built a different soul. A soul not bound to that bed, A soul free. With 33 surgeries under my belt, and 19 pregnancy losses, you would think I would be miserable, yet I am brilliantly happy. Nonsensical really. 

I am the David Goggins type. For some reason, the idea of that man battling through all kinds of pain and circumstance calls to my warrior soul. I have channelled the trauma of the past and the pain of current circumstance into a person that I love. Stop for a moment. Soak that in. In an age where we are told in a million different ways that we are not enough, I know that I am. I love the beauty of the soul I now possess, and I feel a drive to pass that skill along.
